What Happens Next

Our editors will read the submissions and select the top entries.  On May 1, 2012, the top entries will be published on Biographile.

For two weeks, our readers will vote on these entries. At the end of the contest, the editors will select one winner. A second winner will be selected based on the total number of Facebook "likes" on his or her essay.

The winners will be announced on May 16, 2012.
