In the News: R. Kelly’s “Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me” & Graham Nash’s Upcoming Memoir

R. Kelly will finally get his day outside of court. His memoir "Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me"Â will be published on June 28 -- and filled with first-time details about his legal troubles, plus the stories behind some of his more questionable lyrics. [via the Wall Street Journal]
Alan Turing, the young mathematical prodigy whose computing skills determined the course of World War II and launched the world of artificial intelligence, would have turned 100 on June 23. His centennial is being celebrated by the release of several biographies, including a forthcoming one by Jack Copeland -- who claims Turing's death by cyanide poisoning at the age of 41 was accidental, and not the suicidal response to anti-gay persecution it is believed to be. If Graham Nash finds his own rock 'n roll life breathtaking, imagine what we'll think. The Hollies and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young singer says he remains surprised by how much he's seen -- and will set it all down in a memoir to be published by Crown Archetype. In 2011, Ai Weiwei gained global fame when he was arrested and jailed for months without official charges -- and has been fighting tax evasion court cases ever since.
